Learn how to change your Fishbox profile password

Please note that the profile feature is available only on iOS devices.

Need to update your password? Follow these simple steps to secure your Fishbox account:

  1. Access Your Profile

    Open the Fishbox app and navigate to the 'Profile' tab. Tap on your account.

  2. Change Password

    Tap 'Change Password' and enter your email address. Click the 'Send Email' button.

  3. Reset Your Password

    • Check your email for the password reset instructions and follow the link back to the app.

    • Enter your new password, ensuring it meets the security criteria: at least 8 characters, including both lower and upper case letters, and at least one number.

    • Click 'Reset Password' to finalize the update.

Once successful, a confirmation message will display: "Password Changed Successfully!" You can now log in with your new password.
