How do I Change My Payment Method?

Find out how to update or change the payment method associated with your Fishbox subscription

In case you have purchased the subscription via App/Google Play Store, kindly change the payment method in your Apple/Google account.

If you have purchased a subscription via Stripe by card, kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Click the button below

  2. Enter the email address you used for purchasing and click the "Send" button

  3. Open the received email and click the "Log in" button

  4. Click the "Update payment method" button
