Signing Up for a New Account

Open the App: Download the Fishbox App and open it.
Navigate to Sign Up: On the welcome screen, you will see an option to 'Create Your Fishbox Account.' Tap on this to begin the registration process. If you are already using the app, you can also sign up as a Guest.
Enter Your Details:
Email: Enter a valid email address. This will be used for account verification and communication.
Password: Create a password. It must be at least 8 characters, including both upper and lower case letters, and at least one number.
Confirm Password: Re-enter your password to confirm.
Agree to Terms: Please note that by continuing, you agree to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Create Account: Tap the ‘Create Account’ button.
Logging In to an Existing Account
If you already have an account, accessing your app is straightforward:
Open the App: Launch the Fishbox App on your device.
Navigate to Sign In: On the initial screen, tap on ‘Sign In to Your Fishbox Account’. If you are already using the app, you can also sign in as a Guest.
Enter Your Login Credentials:
Email: Type in the email address associated with your account.
Password: Enter your password. If you've forgotten it, tap ‘Forgot your password?’ to reset it.
Sign In: Tap the ‘Sign In’ button to access your account. If your details are correct, you will be taken to your dashboard.
Troubleshooting Login Issues
Email Already Connected: If you receive a message stating that your email is already connected to an account, it means you've already registered. Use the login steps to enter your account.
Password Issues: If you forget your password, use the ‘Forgot your password?’ link to receive reset instructions via email.
