How can I Delete My App Account?

Learn how to permanently delete your Fishbox account and understand the implications of doing so

Please note that the profile feature is available only on iOS devices.

If you decide that you no longer need your Fishbox account, you can delete it directly from the app. Please note that deleting your account is permanent and will result in the loss of all your data stored in the app. Follow these steps to delete your account:

  1. Open Your Profile:

    • Launch the Fishbox app on your device.

    • Tap on the 'Profile' tab at the bottom of the screen and click on 'My Account.'

  2. Delete Your Account:

    • In the Account settings, you will see an option for 'Delete Account.' Tap on it.

    • A warning will appear, informing you that deleting your account will permanently remove all your personal data from the app. If you are sure you want to proceed, tap 'Delete.'

What Happens Next?

Once you delete your account, you will be logged out of the app, and all personal data associated with your account will be permanently erased. You will not be able to recover any data once your account is deleted.
