How do I Cancel My Web Subscription?

Find how to cancel a subscription purchased on a website after completing a quiz (both for iOS and Android devices)

If you have purchased a subscription

  • by card on our website and

  • after completing a quiz and

  • before installing the app,

the subscription is connected to your email address and can be canceled only via the payment system. To unsubscribe, kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Click the button below

  2. Enter the email address you used for purchasing and click the "Send" button

  3. Open the received email and click the "Log in" button. If you don't see the email, kindly check your Spam folder as well. If there is no email, please ensure that you enter the email address you've used for purchasing the subscription/trial.

  4. Click the "Cancel plan" button

  5. Click the "Cancel plan" button once again

What to do if the wrong email is entered

If you entered the wrong email, click the "Use a different email" button

What if there is no "Cancel plan" button

If there is no "Cancel plan" button, that means that you don't have an active subscription

Please be informed that deleting the app will not close your account.
