I canceled my subscription, but I'm still receiving emails from Fishbox, why?

Please note that when you cancel your subscription to the Fishbox app, this does not automatically unsubscribe you from receiving our emails. The subscription cancellation stops the service provided by the app but does not affect email communications. To stop receiving emails, you can unsubscribe yourself. Simply click the 'unsubscribe' button located at the end of any email you receive from us. Here is an example screenshot to guide you:


This will ensure that you are removed from our mailing list and will no longer receive any further communications from us.
