If you have purchased a subscription via App Store, to request a refund, kindly follow the next steps:
Sign in to report a problem.apple.com.
Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”
Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.
Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.
If you have multiple refund requests, repeat these steps for each item you bought.
If you don’t find the order, you may have bought it on a different Apple Account. Find out how to switch accounts.
Most emails with refund decisions arrive within 15 minutes, but they can take up to 4 business days.
Kindly note that before requesting a refund you need to cancel the subscription.
