How do I Request a Refund for My App Store Subscription?

Find out how to request a refund for a purchase made via App Store

If you have purchased a subscription via App Store, to request a refund, kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Sign in to report a problem.apple.com.

  2. Tap or click “I’d like to,” then choose “Request a refund.”

  3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

  4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit.

  • If you have multiple refund requests, repeat these steps for each item you bought.

  • If you don’t find the order, you may have bought it on a different Apple Account. Find out how to switch accounts.

  • Most emails with refund decisions arrive within 15 minutes, but they can take up to 4 business days.

Kindly note that before requesting a refund you need to cancel the subscription.
