If you purchased a web subscription on our website before installing the app, you may have seen a choice of a $1 or $9.78 trial:

If you have purchased a subscription via App Store, to unsubscribe, kindly follow the next steps:

  1. Open your device "Settings"

  2. Tap your name

  3. Tap "Subscriptions"

  4. Select the Fishbox subscription. If there's no active Fishbox subscription, there's a chance that you may have purchased a subscription on our website. To check it, kindly refer to the following article: How do I cancel my web subscription?

  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription""Confirm". You might need to scroll down to find the "Cancel Subscription" button. If there is no "Cancel Subscription" button or you see an expiration message in red text, the subscription is already canceled
